About this website

This site is a showcase of Hudsten products. It has no shopping cart, checkout or online payment. You can buy in two ways: by messaging us on WhatsApp, or through our listings on Amazon.in.

How orders are placed

Product pages and prices here are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. When you message us on WhatsApp to buy, that is your offer to purchase. A sale is confirmed only when we accept your order and confirm the final price and availability on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order before confirmation — for example if an item is out of stock or a price is shown in error.

Orders placed on Amazon.in are governed by Amazon's own terms and policies. These Terms cover only your direct relationship with Hudsten.

Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and, where applicable, inclusive of GST. The final price, including any charges, is confirmed to you on WhatsApp before your order is accepted. Shipping is free across India unless stated otherwise. For direct orders, payment is made through a secure method we share on WhatsApp (+91 9372622123). We do not collect or store card details on this website.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy; returns, refunds and our 6-month warranty are covered in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Please read them — they form part of these Terms.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including country of origin and key specifications. Colours may vary slightly with your screen. If what you received doesn't match its description, your statutory rights apply (see Returns and Refunds).

Cancellations

You can cancel a direct order any time before we confirm dispatch on WhatsApp, and we'll refund any payment made. Amazon orders follow Amazon's cancellation process.

Our brand and content

The Hudsten name, logo, product designs, images and copy on this site are owned by Hudsten. Please don't copy, resell or misuse them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please use this site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, misuse our WhatsApp channel, or impersonate others.

Warranty and liability

Beyond the warranty we expressly offer, this site and its content are provided "as is". Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability for defective products — those rights cannot be waived. Subject to that, our liability for any direct order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Grievance redressal

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to approach the consumer forum where you live or work.
