Where we ship and what it costs

We ship across India, and shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within [1–2] business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

How it works by channel

• Direct (WhatsApp) orders — we ship through our delivery partner once your order and payment are confirmed, and share tracking with you on WhatsApp.
• Amazon.in orders — shipped and tracked per the Amazon listing and Amazon's delivery estimates.

Delays

We do our best to meet these timelines. Genuine delays outside our control — weather, strikes, carrier disruptions, force majeure — may extend delivery; we'll keep you posted on WhatsApp.

Address and failed deliveries

Please give a complete, correct address. If a parcel is returned because it couldn't be delivered or was refused, we'll contact you on WhatsApp to re-ship or refund.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, tell us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos (an unboxing photo or video helps). We'll make it right — see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
