What we collect

If you join our list: your email address.
If you order or message us on WhatsApp: your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address and the order details you share.
Automatically, with your consent: analytics and advertising data via Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed and similar usage data.

We do not collect or store your card or bank details on this website — the site takes no payment (see our Terms of Service).

Why we use it

Email — to send the product updates and offers you signed up for.
WhatsApp details — to take, confirm, fulfil and support your order.
Analytics and advertising cookies — to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our ads.

Your consent, and withdrawing it

We rely on your consent. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you accept them in our cookie banner — you can decline, and the site still works. We share data only with providers who help us run Hudsten: Google (analytics), Meta (advertising and WhatsApp), our email provider, our delivery partner, and — for orders placed on Amazon.in — Amazon. Some providers may process data on servers outside India. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or until you withdraw consent — after which we delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, tax records).

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No internet transmission is fully secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will act promptly on any breach.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, complete, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. To do any of these, contact our Grievance Officer below.

Children

Hudsten products and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.
